Waalaxy Review 2026: Pricing, Limits and What a Team Pays

Disclosure: SendCopy publishes this page and sells a competing LinkedIn outreach tool. Prices, limits and features come from Waalaxy’s own pricing page and help center, checked October 11, 2026.

Verdict in 60 seconds

This Waalaxy review comes down to one gate and one trap. The gate: cold email only exists on the Business plan. The trap: the price on the pricing page and the price in Waalaxy’s help center can differ by a factor of two, so read the billing toggle before you pay.

  • Best for: solo founders, recruiters and small teams running LinkedIn-first outreach from templates.
  • Worst for: email-first teams, buyers who want cheap monthly billing, and anyone who needs a setup LinkedIn permits. No automation tool offers that.
  • Price range: €19 to €69 per user per month as listed on the pricing page. Waalaxy’s help center puts Business at €139 for standard monthly billing.
  • One honest weakness: Waalaxy’s help center says the tool does not comply with LinkedIn’s Terms of Service and that Waalaxy cannot help recover a banned account.

Method note: All facts come from Waalaxy’s pricing page and help center and from the live G2 and Capterra pages, checked October 11, 2026, and competitor-written Waalaxy reviews only told us what to check. This Waalaxy review 2026 rests on desk research, and we did not test Waalaxy hands-on.

What Waalaxy is and who uses it

Waalaxy is a LinkedIn outreach tool from ProspectIn, founded in 2018 according to its Capterra listing. You build prospect lists from LinkedIn, pick a pre-built sequence of visits, invitations, and messages, and Waalaxy runs it on your account. Higher plans add email finding and, on Business only, cold email.

Capterra describes its users as sales reps, marketers, freelancers, founders and recruiters. Waalaxy says 75% of its customers had never done LinkedIn outreach before, which fits a product built around templates and few settings. User counts on Waalaxy’s own pages and third-party listings run from 100,000 to 200,000+, depending on the page.

Waalaxy pricing in 2026

Pricing is where this Waalaxy review spends the most time, because Waalaxy’s own pages disagree. Waalaxy bills in EUR. We did not convert to USD because we have no dated, sourced exchange rate, so check your card’s rate on checkout day. Waalaxy plans as listed on waalaxy.com/pricing, checked October 11, 2026

The page labels quarterly billing -20% and yearly billing -50%. We computed the yearly figures from that label.

Waalaxy Pro, Advanced and Business plans with listed prices

The number that disagrees with itself. The page shows €19, €49, and €69 beside Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly toggles, and in the text copy we could not tell which toggle those figures belong to. Waalaxy’s help center says the standard Business price after a trial is €139 per month, and half of €139 is about €69. Supered, Hackceleration and Emelia’s pricing hub treat €19, €49 and €69 as monthly prices. These pages carry commercial interests and sell competing outreach tools, so we did not use any of them as facts. The table below shows both readings.

What each plan adds. Pro covers unlimited campaigns, pre-built sequences, automated follow-ups, CRM sync, and team tools, capped at 300 invitations a month, with support replies within 48 hours. Advanced raises invitations to 800 and adds API access, Make, Zapier, and n8n modules, and live chat with 4-hour replies. Business adds cold email sequences, multichannel campaigns, 500 email finder credits and priority support.

Where the real gate sits. Advanced adds LinkedIn volume and integrations, not email. Pro and Advanced both include 25 email finder credits, enough to look up addresses but not to send a sequence. Email sequences need Business, which is €20 above Advanced on the listed prices. Extra credits cost more: the help center’s example is 1,000 extra monthly credits at €40 per month excluding VAT, with no rollover.

Chart showing cold email starts on the Waalaxy Business plan, not on Pro or Advanced

The LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on on every plan, with response templates, scheduled follow-ups, tags, and CRM export. We left it out of the totals below.

Trial and billing. The pricing page offers a 14-day trial, and there is no Waalaxy free plan beyond it. The help center says the trial starts with a credit card, converts to a paid plan unless you cancel, and sends no reminder before the first charge. The same article describes the conversion inconsistently, naming Advanced in one line and Business in another. Payment is one installment: a yearly plan charges 12 months upfront.

What a team pays on Business. Waalaxy bills per user, and the help center says each licence covers one LinkedIn account.

B: €139 is monthly, €69 is the yearly equivalent€417€695€207€345

Yearly billing for three users charges about €1,242 upfront under reading A and about €2,484 under B. For five users, the gap is €2,070 a year. Cold email forces Business in both readings.

Waalaxy features that matter

A useful Waalaxy review says where each feature stops, so every entry below has two parts.

Sequences and campaign types. What it does: pre-built sequences and unlimited campaigns on every paid plan, with smart reply detection that stops a sequence when someone answers. Where it stops: G2 reviewers call the templates rigid. One reviewer in May 2026 said anything outside the preset paths feels boxed in.

Prospect import. What it does: imports from LinkedIn Basic, Sales Navigator, and Recruiter Lite, or by CSV. Since July 2026, you paste a LinkedIn search URL into the app, and the optional Alien Copilot extension pre-fills it. Where it stops: Waalaxy can only import what LinkedIn shows, and both Advanced and Business cap an account at 50,000 prospects.

Email finder. What it does: one credit per enriched professional email, 25 per month on Pro and Advanced, 500 on Business. Where it stops: credits do not roll over, and a G2 reviewer in August 2026 said credit pricing makes cost per contact hard to predict.

Inbox. What it does: a paid add-on that puts replies, templates, and scheduled follow-ups in one place on LinkedIn. Where it stops: two G2 reviewers, in August and September 2026, reported slow or incomplete message sync.

Integrations. What it does: CRM sync (the pricing page cites 2,000+ tools), CSV export, and from Advanced, API access plus Make, Zapier, and n8n modules. Capterra lists HubSpot, Pipedrive, noCRM, Zapier, and Dropcontact. Where it stops: a G2 reviewer in August 2026 said anything custom runs through Zapier.

Analytics. What it does: shared team analytics and per-campaign dashboards. Where it stops: several 2026 G2 reviewers call the reporting shallow and export data for deeper analysis.

Safety and how Waalaxy runs

No Waalaxy review is complete without the LinkedIn rules, so they are covered here.

How it runs. Waalaxy’s help center says the product is now fully cloud-based. A July 1, 2026 article says Waalaxy removed its Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store, campaigns run from app.waalaxy.com in any browser, and you don’t need to stay on LinkedIn. An optional extension, Alien Copilot, only speeds up imports.

Where sources conflict. Older Waalaxy articles still describe a LinkedIn tab that must stay open, an older Waalaxy blog post says Cloud was already mandatory on paid plans and requires you to validate your LinkedIn credentials, and some mid-2026 G2 reviews still mention an extension. We could confirm the July 2026 help-center statement. We could not confirm anything about how the cloud sessions connect to LinkedIn beyond Waalaxy’s own description.

What LinkedIn says. LinkedIn’s User Agreement prohibits bots and unauthorized automated methods to send messages or add contacts, and LinkedIn’s help page on prohibited software says third-party tools that automate activity are not permitted. Waalaxy’s help center agrees on the facts: it states that Waalaxy does not comply with LinkedIn’s Terms of Service.

What Waalaxy does to lower risk. It varies daily volume between 80% and 100% of your quota, caps invitations at 200 per week, and advises new or quiet accounts to start near 30 actions per type per day. Waalaxy calls itself 100% undetectable. We cannot verify that and do not rely on it. Its help article on LinkedIn warnings says warnings usually follow sudden jumps in activity and that restrictions last 24 to 48 hours. After a second warning, it advises against telling LinkedIn support you use Waalaxy, and it says it cannot recover a banned account, though it can move your subscription to a new profile.

Reports are mixed. One G2 reviewer in July 2026 reported an invitation restriction on LinkedIn after starting campaigns. Another, in September 2026, said their account was never restricted. Two reports show no pattern. For more, read our guide on why LinkedIn accounts get banned and the LinkedIn safety guide.

Limits that shape results

Plan names matter less to results than limits, so this Waalaxy review lists them separately. Waalaxy sells invitations by the month, and LinkedIn limits them by the week. Pro’s 300 per month works out to about 70 per week. Advanced and Business at 800 per month sit at the 200-per-week maximum Waalaxy states, so a higher plan does not let one account send more than LinkedIn allows. LinkedIn does not publish exact limits. Community reports commonly cite roughly 100 to 200 invitations a week, depending on account age and standing.

Bar chart of Waalaxy invitations per week by plan against the 200 per week maximum

Three more limits come from Waalaxy’s help article on LinkedIn restrictions. LinkedIn caps personalized invitation notes on free accounts at 5 per month, 200 characters each. Invitations you delete cannot be re-sent for 3 weeks. When LinkedIn’s monthly search allowance runs out, imports stop after 3 profiles. A 100-per-day setting delivers 80-100.

What users say on G2 and Capterra

The user side of this Waalaxy review starts with ratings. As of October 11, 2026, G2 shows 4.5 out of 5 from 1,592 reviews, and Capterra shows 4.4 out of 5 from 253. Older competitor posts quoting 4.6 from 619 G2 reviews, such as ConnectSafely’s Waalaxy review, are stale. Waalaxy’s pricing page lists 4.5 on G2 and, in two places, both 4.5 and 4.4 on Capterra, so we use the live Capterra page. Its sub-scores are: 4.3 for ease of use, 4.5 for support, 4.1 for value for money, 4.3 for features, and 80% would recommend it.

G2 rating of 4.5 and Capterra rating of 4.4 with review counts and G2 review themes

Praise. G2’s summary counts 187 reviews citing ease of use and 126 citing easy setup, followed by automation and campaign setup. Complaints. G2 counts 30 reviews calling Waalaxy expensive, 22 describing buggy campaign management, 21 citing missing features and 19 citing plan limits. On Capterra, complaints include bugs, credit management, and price against features. One 1-star Capterra review from February 2025 describes buying three licences and then getting poor support. That is one user’s report.

Billing friction matches what the help center confirms: trials convert with no reminder before the first charge, and the refund section only points to the terms of service. Waalaxy reviews on G2 and Capterra are self-selected, and G2 labels each review’s source, so read the ratings as a signal of ease of use, not of results.

Waalaxy pros and cons

Pros and cons from this Waalaxy review, each tied to a source above:

Pros

  1. Low entry price: Pro starts at €19 on the listed price.
  2. Fast setup: ease of use is the most common praise on G2.
  3. Fully cloud-based since July 2026, with no extension or open tab required.
  4. Built-in quota randomization and a 200-per-week invitation cap.
  5. API, Make, Zapier, and n8n modules from Advanced.

Cons

  1. Cold email only on Business.
  2. Prices that disagree across Waalaxy’s own pages, and a trial that converts without a reminder.
  3. One licence per LinkedIn account, so cost scales per seat, and Inbox costs extra.
  4. Template-led sequences and shallow analytics, per G2 reviewers.
  5. Outside LinkedIn’s rules, with no help recovering a banned account.

The three limitations to carry into your decision: email only on Business, template-bound sequences, and no ban recovery.

Who should choose it and who should skip it

Is Waalaxy worth it? After this Waalaxy review, the answer depends on your setup. Choose it if you are one person or a small team doing LinkedIn-first outreach, you want pre-built sequences more than custom logic, and you can work within 200 invitations a week per account. It suits you best if you can confirm the price and will pay yearly.

Skip it if email is your main channel, you need deep analytics or custom branching, you have many seats on a tight budget, or your company forbids tools that break LinkedIn’s terms.

Where SendCopy fits

We sell a competing tool, so read this Waalaxy review with that in mind. SendCopy is a LinkedIn outreach automation platform for B2B sales teams, SDRs, agencies, and founders. If your outreach lives on LinkedIn, it is a candidate to test next to Waalaxy. Our limits, stated directly:

  • SendCopy automates a LinkedIn account too, so the same User Agreement restrictions apply.
  • It is LinkedIn-only today. Email and WhatsApp are planned but not live, so if you need cold email now, Waalaxy Business or another tool covers that and SendCopy does not.
  • Entry pricing is higher: Growth is $79 per month for one seat, with a 20% annual discount.

FAQ

Is Waalaxy safe for LinkedIn?

Waalaxy sits outside LinkedIn’s rules, so it carries account risk. LinkedIn’s help pages prohibit third-party tools that automate activity, and Waalaxy’s help center says it does not comply with LinkedIn’s Terms of Service. Waalaxy varies daily volume and caps invitations at 200 per week. Start low and expect no recovery help after a ban.

Can Waalaxy get you banned?

It can, because LinkedIn prohibits automation tools. Waalaxy says sudden activity spikes usually bring warnings or 24- to 48-hour restrictions, not instant bans, and lists spam reports, fake names, and shared IPs as common ban causes. It states it cannot recover a banned account, but can move your subscription to a new profile.

How much does Waalaxy cost?

Waalaxy’s pricing page lists Pro at €19, Advanced at €49, and Business at €69 per user per month, checked October 11, 2026. Its help center lists €139 as the standard monthly Business price, so those figures may be yearly-billing equivalents. Quarterly takes 20% off and yearly 50%. Confirm the billing toggle at checkout.

Is Waalaxy free?

Not for outreach. The pricing page offers a 14-day free trial of paid plans and lists no free plan. A Freemium account remains after a trial ends or is cancelled, but Waalaxy’s help center says it cannot run automation and only allows CSV prospect imports. Your data stays available.

How many invitations per month does Waalaxy allow?

Pro allows 300 invitations per month, about 11 per day. Advanced and Business allow 800 per month, which Waalaxy’s help center describes as 80 to 100 per day with a maximum of 200 per week. Waalaxy varies each day’s volume between 80% and 100% of your set quota.

Does Waalaxy do cold email?

Yes, but only on the Business plan. Business adds cold email sequences, multichannel LinkedIn plus email campaigns, and 500 email finder credits per month. Pro and Advanced include 25 email finder credits, which find addresses but cannot send sequences. Extra credits are sold separately and do not roll over between months.

Does Waalaxy need Chrome?

No longer, according to Waalaxy’s help center. A July 1, 2026 article says the Chrome extension was removed and Waalaxy runs in the cloud at app.waalaxy.com on any browser. An optional extension, Alien Copilot, speeds up imports. Older Waalaxy review pages and some recent reviews still describe a Chrome extension, so treat those as dated.

Does Waalaxy work with Sales Navigator?

Yes. Waalaxy’s pricing page lists imports from LinkedIn Basic, Sales Navigator, and Recruiter Lite on every paid plan. You paste a LinkedIn search URL under Prospects, then click Import. Sales Navigator is a separate LinkedIn subscription, and the pricing page does not list it inside any Waalaxy plan.

How do I cancel Waalaxy?

Open Settings, then Invoices, then Manage my subscription, and follow the prompts. Waalaxy says you can cancel up to 24 hours before renewal and keep access until the period ends, after which the account drops to Freemium. For a free trial, use Cancel my free trial in the same Invoices area before it converts.

Waalaxy review verdict

This Waalaxy review lands here. Is Waalaxy worth it? For LinkedIn-only outreach, Pro or Advanced is a fair, fast way to start. It gets pricey and murky once you need email, because only Business sends it, and the price depends on the billing period. Confirm the toggle, set a reminder before any trial ends, and keep volume below 200 invitations a week.
