Disclosure: SendCopy publishes this post and sells a competing LinkedIn automation product. We flag where that matters, and you should check every number against the sources linked below.
How we researched this: We did not run We-Connect ourselves, so nothing here is a hands-on test result. Prices, limits, and features come from We-Connect’s own pricing page, agency page, and FAQ, and ratings come from G2, Capterra, and Software Advice pages read on the date above.

Is We-Connect worth it? The 60-second We-Connect review
It fits you if you run LinkedIn-first outreach as a founder, solo seller or team of one to five, and you want branching campaigns, AI-written replies and CRM sync at $49 to $59 per seat per month on annual billing (checked October 5, 2026). Those annual rates sit below the $63 yearly per-sender rate on HeyReach’s pricing page and SendCopy’s $63 annual rate.
Look elsewhere if you need to rotate many sender accounts inside one campaign, because multi-sender campaigns are marked Soon. The same goes if you want a built-in verified email database, or if you cannot pay a full year upfront and would face $20 more per seat each month.
Price range: $49 to $79 per seat per month billed annually. Scale, the $79 tier, is marked Soon and cannot be bought yet.
The honest weakness: several headline features are unfinished. LinkedIn Lead Engine and Watchlist are Beta, and Scale is Soon. Judge the product on what ships today, not on the roadmap.
What is We-Connect and where does it fit?
We-Connect is a cloud-based LinkedIn outreach platform. You connect a LinkedIn account and build a campaign, and the software sends connection requests, messages, follow-ups and other actions from its servers. No browser extension runs on your machine (We-Connect pricing page, checked October 5, 2026).
Pricing is per seat, and one seat equals one LinkedIn account. The vendor names sales and marketing teams, recruiters, entrepreneurs and agencies as its audiences, and claims more than 10,000 users. That count is a vendor claim, not an audited figure.
Growth covers LinkedIn automation only. Professional adds email sequences, native CRM sync and email warm-up. The pricing page lists contact enrichment and cleanup but no prospect database, so you bring your own lead source, often a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search.
Direct rivals include Waalaxy, HeyReach, Expandi and Dripify. We compare them further down.
We-Connect pricing in 2026: what does each plan cost?
This We-Connect review 2026 update uses prices read from We-Connect pricing on October 5, 2026.
| Plan | Annual billing, per seat per month | Billed upfront per seat per year | Monthly billing, per seat per month | What changes at this tier |
| Growth | $49 | $588 | $69 | LinkedIn-only. Lead Engine (Beta), AI Assist, auto-reply, enrichment |
| Professional | $59 | $708 | $79 | Adds email campaigns, native CRM sync, email warm-up, email tracking |
| Scale (Soon) | $79 | $948 | Not published | Adds Watchlist, up to 4 Intent Agents, multi-sender campaigns, Post Remix |
| Agency | Custom | Custom | Custom | For 10 or more seats. Customer success manager, training, custom integrations |
Three details change the math. First, a seat is one connected LinkedIn account: three reps with three profiles need three seats, while teammates who only manage activity are added free (We-Connect pricing FAQ). Second, annual plans bill as a single upfront payment for the full year, and third, the vendor says you can change plans at any time.

Here is what a team pays, with the breakdown shown.
| Setup | Working | Annual billing | Monthly billing | Yearly savings on annual |
| Growth, 1 seat | 1 x $49 or $69 | $49/mo ($588/yr) | $69/mo | $240 |
| Professional, 3 seats | 3 x $59 or $79 | $177/mo ($2,124/yr) | $237/mo | $720 |
| Professional, 5 seats | 5 x $59 or $79 | $295/mo ($3,540/yr) | $395/mo | $1,200 |
| Professional, 10 seats | 10 x $59 or $79 | $590/mo ($7,080/yr) | $790/mo | $2,400 |

At 10 or more seats, We-Connect points teams to the custom Agency plan. We found no published Agency price on the agency page.
Post Remix, the LinkedIn post scheduler, is a separate add-on at an introductory $16 per seat per month billed annually. Scale includes it.
The We-Connect free trial runs 14 days, and the pricing page says no credit card is required. There is no free plan.
The cost most pricing pages skip is LinkedIn itself. We-Connect works with standard accounts, Premium, Sales Navigator and Recruiter, and says paid subscriptions bring higher action limits and better search filters. Sales Navigator Core lists at $119.99 per month on monthly billing, or about $89.99 per month billed annually, on LinkedIn’s plan page.
Five reps on Core with annual billing add $449.95 per month ($5,399.40 per year). That takes five Professional seats from $295 to $744.95 per month. Our Sales Navigator review covers whether the upgrade pays back.
Stale numbers are easy to find. Some third-party write-ups still quote a $19 entry price that no longer exists, and Capterra and Software Advice list $69 and $79, which match the monthly-billed Growth and Professional rates rather than the annual ones. Which We-Connect features matter?
A feature list is cheap to write and expensive to buy. Here are the pieces that change your results, with what each one does not do.
LinkedIn Lead Engine (Beta)
- Does: a drag-and-drop workflow builder with conditional logic, separate paths for connected and unconnected contacts, AI agent nodes and enrichment nodes. It is on every plan.
- Does not: promise stability. The pricing page labels it Beta, and the vendor’s own pages cite different action counts (15 on the agency page, more than 20 in the FAQ, 22 action nodes in the plan table) [VERIFY: action count].
- Who cares: anyone who wants if/then campaigns instead of a straight sequence.
AI Assist and AI auto-reply
- Does: AI icebreakers, spintax and business snapshots (company context fed to the AI), plus AI auto-reply in co-pilot mode, where you approve, and autonomous mode, where it sends. Sentiment and lead-scoring agents are on every plan.
- Does not: replace judgment. Autonomous replies go out in your name, so start in co-pilot mode. We found no vendor-published reply-rate benchmarks in the pages we read.
- Who cares: solo sellers buried in follow-ups and teams that want a consistent tone.
Unified inbox
- Does: one inbox for LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter messages, with tagging, notes and lead marking.
- Does not: win design awards. One G2 reviewer called the UI “a bit 2018,” and another wanted a better messaging dashboard.
- Who cares: reps who answer replies all day and want to stay out of LinkedIn’s own inbox (our explainer on the LinkedIn unified inbox covers the category).
Team features and duplicate suppression
- Does: free invited team members, roles and permissions, shared campaign templates, duplicate suppression across the team, and team performance tracking. All plans include these.
- Does not: let one campaign rotate senders. Multi-sender campaigns are Soon and sit in Scale.
- Who cares: small teams and agencies that fear two reps messaging the same prospect.
Integrations
- Does: native two-way sync with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho, plus Slack, on Professional and up (Growth shows these as “Limited time”). Webhooks, Zapier and API access come on every plan.
- Does not: include Gmail or Outlook email integration below Professional.
- Who cares: RevOps-minded teams that need replies and statuses in the CRM.
Contact enrichment
- Does: auto-refresh every 90 days, name cleanup, and AI contact cleanup. A 2023 G2 reviewer complained about middle initials leaking into greetings, and name cleanup is now listed on every plan.
- Does not: appear to include a verified email database. The footer labels Email Enrichment as Soon.
- Who cares: teams importing messy lists from search exports.
Watchlist and Intent Agents (Beta)
- Does: monitors post engagement, profile engagement, your own company signals and competitor pages, then enrolls matches into campaigns automatically.
- Does not: carry a permanent promise. The pricing page marks access on Growth and Professional as “Limited time,” while full inclusion sits in Scale (Soon).
- Who cares: teams that want signal-based outreach and accept Beta software.
Is We-Connect safe for your LinkedIn account?
It lowers detection risk. It does not make automation allowed.

On the protection side, We-Connect lists a dedicated country-based IP per account, daily action limits, randomized activity timing, behavior-based campaign logic, automatic withdrawal of pending invitations, and account warm-up (We-Connect pricing page and FAQ, checked October 5, 2026). Limits are configurable per seat, and the vendor tells you to tune them to LinkedIn’s guidelines, so the tuning is your job. Cloud execution also means no extension injecting scripts into your browser tab.
None of that removes the core problem. LinkedIn’s User Agreement prohibits bots and other unauthorized automated methods for sending messages or adding contacts. Every tool in this category runs against that rule, including We-Connect, HeyReach, Waalaxy, and SendCopy, so “safe” here means lower detection risk, and LinkedIn can restrict an account regardless of your settings.
Reviewer evidence is mixed. A few reviewers mention LinkedIn warnings or temporary restrictions, mostly in older reviews, and an April 2026 G2 reviewer called proxy and geolocation handling a weak spot. Others credit the tool with feeling safer than alternatives they had used, but we found no independent ban-rate data for this category, so we will not quote one.
In practice: warm new or quiet accounts slowly, keep daily limits conservative, never run one profile in two automation tools, and pause when LinkedIn shows a warning. Our post on why LinkedIn accounts get restricted and our LinkedIn safety guide go deeper.
What do users say about We-Connect?
This We-Connect LinkedIn automation review leans on three public rating sites, all read on October 5, 2026.
| Source | Rating | Reviews | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| G2 | 4.6 of 5 | 84 | 50 shown on the page we read. 8 are flagged as incentivized |
| Capterra | 4.7 of 5 | 70 | Page updated September 16, 2026 |
| Software Advice | 4.7 of 5 | 70 | Same 70 reviews as Capterra. 56 of 70 are five stars |
Capterra and Software Advice show the same review pool, so treat them as one data point, not two.
Praise themes. Reviewers like the quick setup, the clean interface, the hours saved on connection requests and follow-ups, and chat support they describe as responsive. Several say the price felt fair for what they got.
Complaint themes. Reviewers report slow syncing and slow prospect uploads, a dated messaging dashboard and basic analytics. Some outside US time zones describe long waits for support. Two older reviews (2020 and 2022) describe billing and cancellation friction, and the current FAQ says monthly plans can be cancelled before the next cycle.
Read these ratings with care. Eight of the 50 visible G2 reviews carry G2’s incentivized flag, by our count. Most reviews date from 2023 and 2024, and the newest visible G2 review is from April 2026. Review sites also over-represent people who stayed with a tool, and older reviews may cite old limits: a few mention a three-campaign cap, while the pricing page now says unlimited campaigns.
What are the We-Connect pros and cons?
Here is the We-Connect pros and cons list, built from vendor pages and the reviews above.
Pros
- Low entry price. $49 per seat per month on annual billing, with a 14-day trial and no card required.
- Branching workflows. Lead Engine offers conditional logic and separate paths for connected and unconnected contacts on every plan.
- Team controls on every plan. Free extra members, roles and duplicate suppression.
- Integrations. Native HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho sync on Professional, plus webhooks, Zapier and API access on all plans.
- Safety settings included. Dedicated country-based IP, daily action limits, randomized timing and auto-withdraw come with every plan.
Cons
- Annual billing is one upfront payment. Monthly costs $20 more per seat, and annual means $588 to $708 per seat at once.
- Beta and Soon labels. Lead Engine and Watchlist are Beta. Scale and multi-sender campaigns are Soon.
- Per-seat math grows fast. Ten Professional seats cost $7,080 per year, and there is no sender pool.
- Reviewer complaints. Sync delays, a dated messaging dashboard, basic analytics, and support hours show up repeatedly, mostly in 2023 and 2024 reviews.
- Email starts at Professional. Growth is LinkedIn-only, and built-in verified email lookup is unclear.
Who should choose We-Connect, and who should skip it?
Choose it if:
- You run LinkedIn-first outreach with one to five seats and want branching logic.
- You want email sequences and CRM sync in the same tool at $59 per seat.
- You can pay a year upfront, or accept $20 more per seat per month.
- You need roles, shared templates, and duplicate suppression without paying extra.
- You already pay for Sales Navigator and want to import from its searches.
Skip it if:
- You need sender rotation inside a single campaign today.
- You manage 10 or more client accounts and want published pricing. Agency is custom.
- You expect verified emails inside the tool.
- You need LinkedIn-approved tooling. Nothing in this category qualifies.
- You will not buy features that are still marked Soon.
Agencies have a separate set of tradeoffs, covered in our guide to options for agencies. Which We-Connect alternatives should you compare?
Prices are per month. Waalaxy, Expandi and Dripify cells carry flags because we could not confirm their vendor pricing on the check date.
| Tool | Entry price | Billing model | Best for |
| We-Connect | $49 Growth, $59 Professional per seat, annual (checked October 5, 2026) | Per seat, one LinkedIn account. Annual upfront or monthly | LinkedIn-first teams of 1 to 5 seats |
| HeyReach | $79 per sender monthly, $63 yearly (heyreach.io/pricing, checked October 5, 2026) | Per sender. Agency from $999 for 25 senders (monthly). Agency and Unlimited need your own proxies | Agencies rotating many senders |
| Waalaxy | €19 Pro, €49 Advanced, €69 Business per user on monthly billing. Annual billing is about 50% off. Priced in euros only | Per user. Monthly, quarterly or annual. LinkedIn Inbox is a separate add-on at about €20 per user | Solo sellers and small teams on a tight budget. Cold email and multichannel need the Business plan |
| Expandi | $99 per seat monthly, $79 annual | Per LinkedIn account on one main plan. Agency pricing is custom at 10 or more seats | Teams that put a dedicated IP per account first. LinkedIn only, so email needs a separate tool |
| Dripify | Monthly billing is Basic $59, Pro $79, and Advanced $99.Basic $39, Pro $59, Advanced $79 per user per month annually. | Per user, one LinkedIn account each. Enterprise is custom | Small teams that want LinkedIn plus basic email. Basic is limited, so Pro is the realistic starting plan |
| SendCopy | $79 per month for 1 seat, $63 billed annually, $399 for 10 seats, $999 for 50 seats | Seat bundles | LinkedIn-only teams that bring their own proxies |

Where does SendCopy fit?
SendCopy is LinkedIn-only today, and email and WhatsApp are announced but not shipped, so a team that wants LinkedIn plus email in one sequence should look at We-Connect Professional first. Every SendCopy plan is bring-your-own-proxy, which adds setup and a proxy bill. Third-party review coverage is thin, so you get fewer independent ratings than We-Connect’s G2 and Capterra pages offer.
Where SendCopy competes: at one seat, We-Connect is cheaper. At 10 LinkedIn-only seats, SendCopy’s pricing page lists $399 per month against $490 (annual) or $690 (monthly) for We-Connect Growth. Agencies can also read about SendCopy for agencies.
We-Connect FAQ
Is We-Connect legit?
Yes, We-Connect is a real, operating product. It publishes its pricing, shows 84 G2 reviews at 4.6 and 70 Capterra reviews at 4.7 (checked October 5, 2026), and claims 10,000+ users. Legit does not mean LinkedIn-approved: LinkedIn’s User Agreement prohibits third-party automation, so the account risk stays with you.
Is We-Connect safe for LinkedIn?
It lowers detection risk but cannot remove it. We-Connect runs in the cloud with a dedicated country-based IP, daily action limits, and randomized timing. LinkedIn’s User Agreement still prohibits third-party automation, so restrictions remain possible; keep limits conservative and warm new accounts slowly before scaling volume.
How much does We-Connect cost per month?
One seat costs $49 per month on Growth or $59 on Professional when billed annually (checked October 5, 2026), or $69 and $79 billed monthly. Scale at $79 is marked Soon, and Agency pricing is custom for 10 or more seats. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, if you want it, is a separate cost.
How much does We-Connect cost for 5 users?
Five Professional seats cost $295 per month billed annually ($3,540 upfront) or $395 billed monthly, and five Growth seats cost $245 annually ($2,940) or $345 monthly. Teammates who do not connect their own LinkedIn account are free. Sales Navigator, if you add it, costs extra.
Does We-Connect have a free plan?
No. We-Connect offers a 14-day free trial, and its pricing page says no credit card is required (checked October 5, 2026); Capterra also lists a free trial but no free version. Paid plans start at $49 per seat per month when billed annually.
Does We-Connect work with Sales Navigator?
Yes. The vendor says it works with standard LinkedIn accounts, Premium, Sales Navigator, and Recruiter, and its unified inbox covers Sales Navigator and Recruiter messages. You can import leads from Sales Navigator searches, but Sales Navigator is optional, and you pay LinkedIn for it separately.
Does We-Connect send email?
Yes, on Professional and above, while Growth is LinkedIn-only. Professional adds multi-channel campaigns, behavior-triggered email, Gmail and Outlook integration, email warm-up, and open and click tracking. A separate Email Enrichment product is labeled Soon, so do not assume built-in verified email lookup.
What is a seat in We-Connect?
A seat is one LinkedIn account connected to We-Connect, and each seat runs its own campaigns and limits. Three people using three LinkedIn accounts need three seats. Teammates who manage activity without connecting their own LinkedIn account can be added at no extra cost.
Can I cancel We-Connect anytime?
Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle with no further charge. Annual plans are billed as one upfront payment, and the pricing page does not state a refund policy, so read the customer terms before paying. You can change plans at any time from account settings.
Final verdict: Is We-Connect right for you?
If you run LinkedIn outreach with one to five seats and want branching workflows plus optional email, We-Connect is a fair buy at $49 to $59 per seat on annual billing. That is the short version of this We-Connect review: good value for small teams, with Beta features and a Soon roadmap you should not pay for in advance.
Start with the 14-day trial, run one campaign at conservative limits, and decide on your own reply data. Then compare it against a tool built for your seat count.
