Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP" or "Policy") governs your access to and use of SendCopy.ai ("SendCopy," "the Service," or "Platform"), operated by Cloud Spike Cloud Service LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). By accessing or using SendCopy, you agree to comply with this Policy in full, in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable agreements. This Policy outlines the permitted and prohibited uses of the Service. We are committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and respectful environment that supports legitimate business outreach while strictly adhering to applicable laws and third-party platform rules, particularly those of LinkedIn. Violation of this Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, without refund, at our sole discretion. We may also report violations to relevant authorities or third parties (including LinkedIn) where appropriate. We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.

1. Purpose of the Service

SendCopy is an AI-powered platform designed to help users automate and optimize professional LinkedIn outreach for legitimate business purposes, including: Building and managing outreach sequences Rotating senders safely Generating and organizing leads Managing conversations via a unified inbox Accessing real-time campaign analytics and performance insights The Service must be used only for lawful, ethical, and professional networking or business development activities that align with LinkedIn's User Agreement, Professional Community Policies, and API Terms (where applicable).

2. Compliance with Laws and Third-Party Policies

You must use SendCopy in full compliance with: All applicable local, national, and international laws, including anti-spam, data protection (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021), consumer protection, and electronic communications regulations. LinkedIn's User Agreement, Professional Community Policies, API Terms of Use, Developer Policies, and any other LinkedIn guidelines (collectively, "LinkedIn Rules"). The terms of any other integrated platforms or services you connect. You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach activities (e.g., connection requests, messages, follow-ups) comply with these requirements. We do not permit — and you must not use the Service for — any activity that violates LinkedIn Rules or applicable law.

3. Prohibited Uses and Activities

You agree not to use SendCopy, directly or indirectly, for any of the following:

3.1 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

Sending unsolicited, bulk, mass, or automated messages, connection requests, InMails, or other communications that qualify as spam under LinkedIn Rules or applicable anti-spam laws.
Using generic, non-personalized, irrelevant, or misleading messages at scale.
Sending messages primarily for commercial advertisement or promotion without proper identification and opt-out mechanisms where required.

3.2 Violations of LinkedIn Policies

Creating or using fake, misleading, duplicate, or multiple LinkedIn accounts to circumvent limits or for outreach.
Impersonating any person or entity, including using misleading profile information.
Engaging in deceptive practices, such as misrepresenting your identity, intent, or relationship.

3.3 Illegal, Harmful, or Abusive Conduct

Using the Service for illegal purposes, including fraud, phishing, harassment, stalking, defamation, discrimination, hate speech, or threats.
Transmitting content that is obscene, pornographic, violent, invasive of privacy, or infringes intellectual property, publicity, or other rights.
Promoting or facilitating illegal activities, gambling, weapons, drugs, or adult content.

3.4 Security and Integrity Violations

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or LinkedIn systems (e.g., hacking, credential stuffing, password mining).
Introducing viruses, malware, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code.
Overloading, flooding, mailbombing, denial-of-service attacks, or interfering with Service operation or other users.
Bypassing rate limits, authentication, billing, or safety controls.

3.5 Data Misuse

Collecting, storing, or processing personal data without a lawful basis (e.g., consent or legitimate interest) or in violation of privacy laws.
Scraping, harvesting, or exporting LinkedIn data beyond what is authorized through official APIs and your granted permissions.
Using data obtained via SendCopy for purposes unrelated to your legitimate business outreach (e.g., resale, unrelated marketing, building third-party databases).

3.6 Other Restrictions

Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code from the Service.
Using the Service to compete with SendCopy or develop similar products.
Using the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems or networks.
Violating export control laws or sanctions.

4. Your Responsibilities

Personalization and Value: All outreach must be personalized, relevant, and provide genuine value to recipients. Avoid high-volume, low-effort campaigns.
Rate Limits & Safety: Respect LinkedIn's activity limits (e.g., connection requests, messages per day/week) and use built-in safety features (e.g., gradual scaling, randomization).
Consent & Compliance: Obtain necessary consents for messaging and comply with opt-out requests immediately.
Monitoring: Regularly review your campaigns for compliance and adjust based on LinkedIn feedback or restrictions.
Reporting: Immediately report any suspected violation or account restriction to support@sendcopy.ai.

5. Enforcement

We monitor usage for compliance but are not obligated to do so. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice: Investigate suspected violations. Remove or disable content or campaigns. Suspend or terminate accounts (with or without refund). Cooperate with LinkedIn, law enforcement, or regulators. Violations may also lead to permanent bans from the Service and reporting to LinkedIn or authorities.

6. No Endorsement of User Activity

We do not endorse or take responsibility for your outreach content, campaigns, or interactions. You use the Service at your own risk and bear full responsibility for any consequences, including LinkedIn restrictions ("LinkedIn jail"), account suspensions, legal claims, or penalties.
