Cloud Spike Cloud Service LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "SendCopy") operates SendCopy.ai, an AI-powered SaaS platform that enables users to automate and scale professional LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, sender rotation, campaign management, unified inbox handling (LinkBox), and performance analytics.
This Fulfillment Policy explains how we deliver our services, manage subscriptions, process payments, handle cancellations, and address refund requests. By subscribing to or using SendCopy.ai, you agree to be bound by this policy, our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable agreements.
1. Service Delivery & Fulfillment
SendCopy is a purely digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. There are no physical goods, shipments, or manual setup processes involved.
1.1 Immediate Access
Upon successful payment confirmation (or upon activation of a free trial, where applicable), you gain immediate access to your chosen subscription plan through your SendCopy account at https://sendcopy.ai or the app dashboard. All features included in your plan — such as sequence building, sender seat connections, AI recommendations, lead tools, unified inbox, analytics, and any add-ons — become available right away.
1.2 What is delivered
- Account creation and login credentials
- Ability to connect your LinkedIn accounts (Sender Seats) via secure OAuth
- Full access to the web-based platform and all enabled features for the duration of your active subscription
- Any included support channels (email, in-app help, documentation)
1.3 No physical delivery
Because the service is cloud-based and digital, fulfillment is considered complete the moment your account is activated and you can log in and use the platform.
2. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable, except in very limited cases required by law or explicitly stated below.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:
Access to the Service begins immediately upon successful payment.
The digital nature of the service means that once access is granted, the value is considered fully delivered.
Refunds (full or partial) are not provided for any of the following reasons:
- You did not use the platform after purchase
- You did not achieve the results you expected
- You connected the wrong LinkedIn account(s)
- You forgot to cancel before renewal
- You purchased during a promotion and later found a better deal
- You changed your mind after using the service
- LinkedIn restricted or limited your account(s) during usage
2.1 Exceptions (very limited)
We may consider refund requests only in the following exceptional situations:
Major technical failure — prolonged platform outage or critical bug that completely prevents reasonable use of the service for an extended period (subject to our verification and sole discretion).
Statutory consumer rights — where required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., 14-day withdrawal right for certain EU/EEA consumers who have not substantially used the service).
To request an exception-based refund, contact support@sendcopy.ai within 7 days of the charge with a detailed explanation and any supporting information. All requests are reviewed case-by-case. Approved refunds (if any) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We do not offer money-back guarantees, trial-to-paid conversion refunds, or refunds for dissatisfaction with campaign performance or LinkedIn-related outcomes.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.

3.2 What happens after cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual).
- No further charges will be applied after the current cycle ends.
- You retain full access to all features until your paid period expires.
- No refunds or credits are issued for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.
- Any add-ons (extra Sender Seats, proxies, etc.) will also expire at the end of the current cycle unless separately canceled.
Important: Please cancel at least 24–48 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. We are not responsible for failed cancellation attempts due to incorrect login credentials, browser issues, or delays on third-party payment platforms.
4. Billing & Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions are recurring (monthly or annual) and auto-renew unless canceled.
Charges occur on the same day each month (or anniversary date for annual plans).
All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable.
We use secure third-party payment processors (primarily Stripe). You are responsible for keeping your payment method valid and up-to-date.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized claim without first contacting our support team will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to:
Immediately suspend or terminate your account
Report abusive dispute behavior
Pursue recovery of disputed amounts plus associated fees

6. Support
SendCopy is primarily a self-service platform with comprehensive documentation, in-app guidance, and AI-assisted tools.

7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Fulfillment Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
