We Built SendCopy Because We Were Tired of Outreach Tools That Either Got Accounts Bannedor Required a Sales Call to Get a Price.
SendCopy started from a real frustration. Here is where we are now and what we are building toward.
Founded 2026 | Trusted by thousands of teams | Built for real outreach
How We Started
The Problem CameBefore The Product
Most LinkedIn outreach tools were built by developers who saw a market opportunity. SendCopy was built by people who actually had to do the outreach.
The Problem
The Problem
LinkedIn outreach was broken in ways that compounded every week. Browser tools needed overnight sessions. Cloud tools charged per seat at agency-killing rates. The inbox lived elsewhere. And safety questions got vague reassurances — never specifics.
Browser-based tools required overnight sessions
Cloud tools charged per seat at a rate that made agencies unviable
The inbox was always a separate thing to manage
Safety questions were answered with vague reassurances, not specifics
Our Solution
Our Solution
We built SendCopy around how outreach actually works — cloud-based from day one, with sender rotation in the core, a unified inbox included, and transparent safety controls you can verify.

What We Are For
One Thing We Are TryingTo Get Right
LinkedIn outreach works. The data confirms it across every market and every audience size. The tools that have given it a bad reputation are the ones that optimised for feature count and pricing tiers instead of the two things that actually matter, whether the outreach reaches the right people and whether the account doing the outreach is still standing a month later.
SendCopy's job is to make that work simply and safely, for one person running their own outreach or ten people running it for clients.
How We Work
Four Things That GuideEvery Decision We Make
Honest before impressive
We say what our tool does and what it does not do. We do not call features AI-powered when they are not. We do not hide pricing behind a demo request. If something we built is not working, we say so.
Safety is not a marketing claim
Every safety feature we ship is described in plain technical language on our branding and help pages. Gradual warm-up, randomised delays, conservative defaults, cloud-based sending. These are engineering decisions, not copywriting decisions.
One tool, not a stack
Sender rotation, unified inbox, campaign builder, analytics, CRM integration. They are all in the same product. We do not charge add-on fees for things that should be included.
Built for the person doing the work
Every feature decision starts with the person actually running campaigns, not the person who signed the contract. The inbox manager who handles replies for nine senders. The founder checking in for five minutes between meetings. The SDR who has to explain their numbers before a 1:1.
The People Behind It
Who Builds And RunsSendCopy
A small team that uses the product every day and takes support questions seriously.
Alex Mercer
Co-Founder & CEO
Built sales teams at two B2B startups before starting SendCopy. Ran outreach manually for longer than was sensible, which is why the sequence builder exists.
Sarah Kim
Co-Founder & CTO
Full-stack engineer who spent five years building compliance tools at a fintech company. Obsessed with making cloud infrastructure invisible to the end user.
Marcus Rivera
Head of Product
Former agency operator who managed LinkedIn outreach for 30+ clients simultaneously. Joined SendCopy because he kept asking for features that did not exist anywhere.
Elena Park
Head of Customer Success
Started as SendCopy's first support hire. Knows every edge case in the product because customers told her about them directly.
James Okafor
Senior Engineer
Backend specialist focused on sender rotation logic and account safety systems. Previously built distributed messaging infrastructure at a telecom startup.
Ana Torres
Growth & Partnerships
Runs acquisition, partnerships, and the community. Came from a content marketing background and still writes most of the help docs herself.
